National Water Week 2019

National Water Week splashes across Australia every third week of October, encouraging people, communities and groups to work together to build awareness about the importance of water. Connection to clean water is of immense importance to all aspects of our lives and we must do our utmost to protect our water systems, facilities and use water wisely.

2019’s theme for National Water Week is: It’s time to change the world. This has been adapted from the World’s Largest Lesson on the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, a movement to promote the 17 Sustainable Development Goals to people around the world to bring them together and take action to achieve these goals by 2030.
