General Expertise
Hydroflux has designed and constructed wastewater treatment plants in virtually all industrial sectors that generate wastewater.
Some of the more common areas include: Meat and poultry industry, Dairies, Fish and seafood, Beverage sector (breweries and distilleries and soft drinks), Fruit processing, Vegetable processing, Potato and potato chips, Vegetable oil processing, Prepared Foods, Manufacturing, Paper, cardboard and printing and Mining (clarification and algae removal)
At Hydroflux Industrial, our engineers are fully conversant with the internal production processes of manufacturing and processing plants and as such, we understand the sources of the wastewater. This enables us to design complete treatment plants that work efficiently, economically and consistently under all conditions.
We have a comprehensive range of primary treatment equipment such as screens and dissolved air flotation system plus advanced biological processes including sequential bioreactors, membrane bioreactors and moving bed bioreactors. Hydroflux Industrial has extensive experience with the management and handling of sludge generated from primary and secondary treatment plants.
Whether a primary physical chemical process or biological process or sludge dewatering plant is required depends on a number of factors including the discharge requirements (eg sewer or water course) the nature of the industry and the volume of wastewater being discharged.
